Occupational safety

Kiviõli Keemiatööstus has set forth general requirements for organising occupational health and safety.

The working environment specialist collaborates with the company management, the working environment representatives, the working environment council, the employees’ representative and the health service provider to establish a safe working environment and preserve the working capacity of the employees.

Personal protective equipment is ensured to all company employees based on the risk analysis results. Regular internal control takes place in the company, during which working environment risk factors are identified and the risk analysis is supplemented.

Periodical occupational safety trainings and instructions are organised at KKT. Following the occupational safety requirements set forth in the company is also mandatory for the subcontractors working on company territory.
